40 Broad Street is an 11-story neoclassical office building in Boston’s Financial District. With recent state-of-the-art updates, the brokerage team aimed to fill the remaining vacancies. Collaborating with the team, we strategized to create a full suite of branding and marketing assets to educate the target audience about the building’s amenities and availability. Starting with creating the logo, the design expanded to signage for the office building, as well as print and digital material.
