OVERVIEW:

40 Broad Street, an 11-story neoclassical office building nestled in Boston’s bustling Financial District, underwent a transformative journey aimed at maximizing its occupancy potential. The building features a contemporary glass entryway with a refreshing design aesthetic and chic bar and grille, on ground level.

CHALLENGE:

The brokerage team at 40 Broad Street embarked on a mission to fill the remaining vacancies and boost the building's visibility. They aimed to attract potential tenants and establish it as a top-tier option in Boston's competitive real estate market. This goal was achieved through the development of effective marketing and branding materials.

SOLUTION:

Wanting to encapsulate the essence of 40 Broad Street's modern amenities and historical charm, I crafted a brand identity that resonated with the building's heritage while projecting a contemporary appeal.

Emphasizing the upgraded amenities of the building, including state-of-the-art facilities, convenient location, and proximity to key attractions and transportation hubs, a full suite of branding and marketing assets was designed to engage the audience across various touchpoints. This included signage for the office building, as well as the development of print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.

RESULT:

The strategic branding efforts significantly enhanced 40 Broad Street's visibility within the Boston real estate market, garnering increased attention from prospective tenants.
