OVERVIEW:
Rock That Creative Job (RTCJ) is a creative career services business aiming to enhance brand visibility and engagement through social media platforms. In early 2021, the company embarked on a strategic initiative to bolster its online presence, focusing primarily on Instagram and incorporating YouTube and printed materials to support brand growth.

CHALLENGE:
As a start-up, RTCJ faced the challenge of limited brand recognition within its target audience.

SOLUTION:
Collaborating closely with the CEO/Founder, I crafted unique and compelling content that aligned with the brand's message. I devised social media strategies to optimize reach and drive lead generation and created copywriting and visual elements to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

RESULT:
Rock That Creative Job successfully elevated its brand presence. By the end of Q1, RTCJ had exceeded its organic growth targets on Instagram and increased lead generation.
