Rock That Creative Job (RTCJ) is a creative career services startup that sought to build brand recognition and grow its online presence. In collaboration with the CEO, I developed a targeted social media strategy, primarily on Instagram, along with supporting content for YouTube and print. This effort led to increased engagement, exceeded organic growth goals, and boosted lead generation by the end of Q1.
